Northern Human Services is a non-profit organization, a DHHS state designated developmental services agency and the designated community mental health provider serving Carroll, Coos, and upper Grafton counties.

Our dedicated staff of more than 400 mental health and developmental disability professionals focuses on improving the quality of life for individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and substance use disorders.

We strive to help community members live meaningful, inclusive and joyful lives through work, volunteer, recreational and social opportunities while helping people reach their individual goals.
