Northern Human Services provides supports and services for individuals living with a developmental disability or related disorders from birth through adulthood to help them live and thrive in their home community.
The first step when seeking services is to connect with our intake coordinator who will work with you to complete an eligibility evaluation, answer your questions and provide an overview of programs and services available to you and your loved one.
Eligibility determinations are based on New Hampshire state statutes (137-K or 171-A). Our services area spans across the North Country including all of Carroll, Coos, and upper Grafton counties.
