Enhanced Family Care offers a “shared life” approach to delivering quality care and support for individuals with disabilities. Home & Care Providers welcome an individual into their home as a member of the family and provide individualized support to help them live a meaningful life in their community.
Every individual living with a Home and Care Provider has different needs and support. A Home and Care Provider may perform or provide supports for a wide range of activities of daily living, such as self-care, meal preparation, laundry, shopping, toileting, socializing and more.
